The Conference begins Friday evening, 4:30 p.m. and ends Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m.
Early Bird Fees for this year’s three-day conference
$503 Single Room —includes two (2) nights’ lodging and all meals, as well as all conference activities
$439 Shared Room—includes two (2) nights’ lodging and all meals, as well as all conference activities
$311 Commuter Cost—-includes all conference activities
Fees after April 15th for this year’s conference
$543 Single Room —includes two (2) nights’ lodging and all meals, as well as all conference activities
$479 Shared Room —includes two (2) nights’ lodging and all meals, as well as all conference activities
$351 Commuter Cost—-includes all conference activities
Financial Aid is Available:
FCRP remains committed to offering financial aid in the form of scholarships for as long as funds are available each conference. Awards will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. A simple application for assistance can be found by following this link*. Applicants will be notified within 48 hours of their submission that a scholarship has been awarded. Applicants must wait for this email notification of an award and how to apply it BEFORE proceeding to complete and pay for registration. Once notified, recipients must register and pay within 7 days of the notification date. If an awardee cannot complete a paid registration within 7 days, the award will be offered to the next applicant. Applicants are welcome to try again when ready to complete payment, but unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee or reserve scholarship funds.
Cancellation fees
There is a $100 cancellation fee for anyone who cancels before April 10, 2026. After that there will be no refunds except in highly exceptional situations. We regret this policy, but it is necessary due to our contract obligations with the retreat center.
Continuing Education Credits (CEU’s)
This year’s conference (2026) will offer up to thirteen (13) CEUs at no extra charge. Click herefor more information on CEUs if you are Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).
